Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Plans, Manual Renewal
Pharmoice plans are prepaid for a fixed term and renew only when you make a payment yourself — there is no auto-debit or standing mandate on your card or UPI. Because of this, “cancellation” simply means not renewing: your access continues normally until your paid term ends, and nothing further is charged after that.
Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment or a payment debited without your plan being activated — full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days once verified. Report it to pharmoice@gmail.com with your transaction ID.
- Unused portion of an activated plan — not eligible for a pro-rata refund. Once a term is active, it runs to completion.
- Failed transactions that don't complete are generally reversed by the payment provider according to their standard timelines; no action is needed on your part.
Data After Expiry
If your plan lapses, access may become limited according to your subscription plan — for example, you may not be able to create new documents until you renew. Your existing records remain accessible in line with our current data-retention policy.
