Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pharmoice, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Pharmoice is invoicing and billing software for pharmaceutical distributors and chemists — it is a tool, not a tax advisor, chartered accountant, or legal service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, bills of supply, returns and filings you create or generate using Pharmoice. We strongly recommend having your GST returns reviewed by a qualified tax professional before filing. Reports generated by the software should be reviewed before statutory filing.

Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Please provide accurate business information — inaccurate GSTIN, Drug License or FSSAI details on your bills are your responsibility.

Subscriptions & Payment

  • Plans are prepaid for a fixed term and renew only when you manually make a payment — there is no auto-debit or standing mandate.
  • Payments are processed by PhonePe; we never store your card or UPI credentials.
  • The features available to you depend on the plan you have purchased.
  • Pricing may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Pharmoice for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as your own product.
  • Attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your Data

You own the business data you enter into Pharmoice — your customers, suppliers, products, bills and related records. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the service for you. You can export your data at any time, and on request after account closure, subject to statutory retention requirements.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Pharmoice available and reliable. The service may be unavailable from time to time for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or outages beyond our reasonable control. The service is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Pharmoice is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You may stop using Pharmoice at any time by not renewing your plan — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City].

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pharmoice after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
